Are You Reaching ALL Your Market?

Assuming you have a web site, do you have MP3 files for all the under 30 IPod and MP3 player people?

Then again, how many mature people do you see walking or running with IPods or other MP3 players? Does this mean you are missing out on their market share as well??

Quite possibly!

What about video clips on your web site?

As the world starts to embrace Web 2.0 where there is progressively more interaction between the client, customer or visitor and the web site, if you don't make understanding your offers easy for these people, they will go somewhere where accessing the needed information is easier.

Quick case studies
Often the best way to get a feel for the need of a service is to look at where this sort of service has been used.
  • I once recorded statements under oath in Australia for an American court case where  witnesses were interviewed by both councils.
  • During a drought I recorded environmental damage supposedly caused by a particular company. The evidence would disappear with the first rainfall. Environmental specialists were interviewed in the field.
  • A building alleged to have been poorly constructed was scheduled for demolition before the court could hear the appeal. With the aid of engineers the structure was shown to be sound. This lead to a compensation claim.
  • A senior executive could not attend a particular conference to give an address. This was pre-recorded and interspersed with his PowerPoint presentation and presented on DVD.

I'm curious. Where do I start?
